This phase may involve multiple sessions (studio + onsite) to ensure complete clarity before moving forward.
02 — Design & Options Development
With a clear foundation, we translate the project into a set of defined design directions.
We develop a curated set of options that balance design intent, material selection, and cost.

- Concept renderings and layout refinements
- Material palettes and system integration strategy
- Good / Better / Best design options
- Manufacturer coordination for feasibility and pricing
This phase results in a structured Options Packet ready for internal alignment.
03 — Client-Ready Presentation
We refine and prepare the final presentation for client decision-making.
This can be delivered jointly with a studio partner or independently on their behalf.
Deliverables
- Client-Ready Options Packet
- Finalized design visuals and material selections
- Integrated pricing and scope (studio + production)
- Presentation support and client walkthrough
At this stage, the client selects a direction or requests final iterations.
04 — Contract & Project Lock
Once a direction is approved, the project is formalized.
All key variables are locked to ensure a controlled and predictable execution phase.

- Contract Packet (scope, materials, pricing, timeline)
- Final specifications and approved design set
- Production and installation plan
Project timeline (typically 8–10 weeks) begins upon deposit and contract execution.
05 — Production & Coordination
We coordinate directly with manufacturers and align all components for delivery.
Installation planning is confirmed based on the project structure.
Deliverables
- Production coordination and order placement
- Shipping and logistics management
- Installation planning (studio-led or coordinated team)
This ensures alignment between design intent and physical production.
06 — Delivery & Installation
We support the project through final execution to ensure accuracy and quality.
Deliverables
- On-site coordination and installation support
- Design clarification during build
- Final material and system verification
Our involvement ensures the built result reflects the approved design.
07 — Project Closeout
The project is formally completed and documented.
Deliverables
- Installation Completion Confirmation
- Final Invoice / Receipt Documentation
- Warranty Coverage (10-year material and manufacturing warranty)
This closes the project with full documentation and long-term support in place.
